The goal of this survey is to determine public opinion on the recently announced constitutional reform package. The poll was conducted from March 24,  2010 by telephone among a random national sampling of 1010 adults residing in cities, towns and villages. The survey respondents were 48,8% women and 51,2% men. The margin of error for the overall poll is 3,1 percentage points, at a 95 percent confidence level.
