Image of Political Leaders and Confidence in Institutions IV
2009-06-12As it is the case every six months, in January and June, we conduct surveys to assess the image of politicians and confidence in institutions. Towards this goal, in this study, job approval ratings of President, Prime Minister, opposition leaders and ministers are surveyed. Public confidence in major institutions is also within the scope of this survey. Our findings are presented in comparison to findings in our previous surveys.
The poll was conducted from June 12 to 20, 2009 by telephone among a random national sampling of 1282 adults residing in cities, towns and villages. The margin of error for the overall poll is 2,75 percentage points, at a 95 percent confidence level.
