On the Results of March 29th Local Elections
2009-05-15 The goal of this survey is to determine public's view of the results of March 29th local elections. Also, opinions on the impact of the economic crisis and reflections on CHP's recent political moves are surveyed. At the same time as it is every month views on EU membership, happiness in life, the direction that Turkey has been going, and public faith and trust for political leaders are measured. The poll was conducted from May 08 to 15, 2009 by telephone among a random national sampling of 1,270 adults residing in cities, towns and villages. The margin of error for the overall poll is 2.75 percentage points, at a 95 percent confidence level.
